Physicain performed abdominal aortogram with bilateral lower extremity angiography using optitray 350 contrast. My doubt is this code states Fluoroscopy of aorta which means the entire aorta should be visualized ( From Ascending to Abdominal aorta) or even a part of it visualized can be considered to code. In my case it is only Abdominal aorta.
All angiography codes will come from the “Imaging” section of ICD-10-PCS, but the correct code table will vary based on the value of the Body System character. In the imaging section of PCS the 3 rd character is “Type” not “Root Operation”. The character values for “Type” include:
Procedures performed following a delivery or abortion for curettage of the endometrium or evacuation of retained products of conception are all coded in the Obstetrics section, to the root operation Extraction and the body part Products of Conception, Retained.
The Obstetrics section is a good section with which to begin ICD-10-PCS training because of the relatively limited number of root operations and tables. While there are two root operations that apply only to Obstetrics, the other 10 root operations also are used in the Medical and Surgical section.
Code 75625 is reported for an abdominal aortogram from an injection of contrast from a catheter in the upper abdominal aorta, usually at or above the renal arteries, with documentation of imaging from the renal arteries to the aortic bifurcation.

ICD-10-CM Code for Abdominal aortic ectasia I77. 811.
Overview. Aortic valve stenosis — or aortic stenosis — occurs when the heart's aortic valve narrows. The valve doesn't open fully, which reduces or blocks blood flow from your heart into the main artery to your body (aorta) and to the rest of your body. Your treatment depends on the severity of your condition.
Aortic valve calcification is a condition in which calcium deposits form on the aortic valve in the heart. These deposits can cause narrowing at the opening of the aortic valve. This narrowing can become severe enough to reduce blood flow through the aortic valve — a condition called aortic valve stenosis.
ICD-10 code R10. 9 for Unspecified abdominal pain is a medical classification as listed by WHO under the range - Symptoms, signs and abnormal clinical and laboratory findings, not elsewhere classified .
I70. 0 is a billable/specific ICD-10-CM code that can be used to indicate a diagnosis for reimbursement purposes. The 2022 edition of ICD-10-CM I70. 0 became effective on October 1, 2021.
In ICD-10-PCS the seventh character defines the qualifier – i.e., an additional attribute of the procedure, if applicable.
