Jan 31, 2017 · Can anyone assist me in locating the correct payable ICD-10-CM code for a baseline EKG that was done prior to a patient starting chemotherapy treatment (Treanda/Rituxan). I'm billing to Medicare and I know they are very picky about EKG's and the diagnosis codes to justify medical necessity. Thanks for any help or advice you can give.
