The following are USSD codes that I use with my Android OS Mobile:-
ICD-10. ICD-10 is the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD), a medical classification list by the World Health Organization (WHO). It contains codes for diseases, signs and symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances, and external causes of injury or diseases.

ICD-10 code I47. 2 for Ventricular tachycardia is a medical classification as listed by WHO under the range - Diseases of the circulatory system .
"Ectopic" means something that is in an odd place or position. In the case of an ectopic beat, that oddly placed something is your heartbeat. You may hear people call this condition an early, missed, or extra heartbeat. It happens because something goes wrong with your heart's electrical system.
Overview. An atrial ectopic beat is a problem in the electrical system of the heart. It is an extra heartbeat caused by a signal to the upper chambers of the heart (the atria) from an abnormal electrical focus. It is also called an atrial premature beat or a premature atrial contraction.
Frequent ventricular ectopy was defined by the presence of seven or more ventricular premature beats per minute, ventricular bigeminy or trigeminy, ventricular couplets or triplets, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular flutter, torsade de pointes, or ventricular fibrillation.
An ectopic pregnancy is reported using an ICD-10-CM code from category O00. - (ectopic pregnancy), which is divided into five subcategories: O00.

What is ventricular pacing? Ventricular pacing refers to the electrical stimulation provided to the ventricles of the heart by a pacemaker. It's intended to regulate the heart rate in individuals with abnormally slow heart rhythm.
Definition. An electrocardiographic finding in which the cardiac rhythm is controlled by an electrical impulse from an artificial cardiac pacemaker. ( CDISC) [from NCI]
Normal ventricular pacing (VVI or VVI[R]). This 12-lead ECG tracing with rhythm strips shows a ventricular paced rhythm at a rate of 60 bpm. There is no preceding atrial activity and no preceding atrial stimulus outputs, indicating that this represents a single-channel pacemaker in a VVI or VVI(R) mode.
Pacing refers to depolarization of the atria or ventricles, resulting from an impulse (typically 0.5 msec and 2 to 5 volts) delivered from the generator down a lead to the heart. Sensing refers to detection by the generator of intrinsic atrial or ventricular depolarization signals that are conducted up a lead.
