We removed the area of the large bleb at the apex with a wedge resection using thoracoscopic green load for therapeutic correction of the patient's pneumothorax. (Wedge resection.) The wounds were closed in layers. Chest tubes were placed. The patient tolerated the procedure well and was taken to the recovery room.
